How do I search?
Search is simple: just type whatever comes to mind in the search box, click on the Search button, and Fact Surf will find facts that are relevant to your query.
What is the Interesting feature?
"Interesting" is a way to give the thumbs up to facts you like on Fact Surf. It also allows you to share interesting content with your friends.
How do I find my friends?
When you create an account, you can search for people by name at http://www.factsurf.com/find-people. Once you've found your friends, follow them to start getting their updates.
What does it mean to follow someone on Fact Surf?
Following someone simply means receiving their Fact updates. When you follow someone, every time they find a fact interesting, it will appear on your profile. When you log in, you can see what the latest updates are.
How do I know who I'm following?
After you click the follow button on someone's profile, you're following them. See a list of people you're following by clicking on the following link on your profile sidebar.
How do I know who is following me?
The followers link on your profile page or home page's sidebar tell you how many followers you have.
How do I remove a fact I don’t find interesting anymore?
To remove any fact you found interesting, just click the Remove link that appears under the Fact itself.
How often do you update facts?
We are constantly adding new facts and expanding our database to provide the most accurate information. New facts are uploaded on a daily basis.

Can I submit a fact?
Yes! Click on “Submit a Fact” that’s shown on bottom of every page. From here, type your name, the fact and source. After submitting, we will review your submission and determine if the fact is needed.
